CRM for Brokerages
A CRM your whole brokerage can run on
Route leads to the right agent, keep each agent in their own book, and pay only for the modules each person actually uses. $20 per user, per month.
No contract. No setup fee.
Cost
You do not buy every module for every agent
This is the part brokers usually assume works the other way. Modules are assigned per person, and the bill follows the assignment.
| Approach | CRM seats | Transactions seats | Per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Everyone on both modules | 10 | 10 | $400 |
| Only the contract handlers on Transactions | 10 | 3 | $260 |
Same ten agents, same CRM. The difference is who is assigned Transactions. See how module pricing works.
Built for a team
What changes when there is more than one agent
An individual agent needs a place to keep contacts. A brokerage needs to decide who sees what, who gets which lead, and who is being paid for.
Modules are assigned per user, not per account
Put the whole team on the CRM and assign Transactions only to the people who handle contracts. You are billed per module for the users assigned to it, not for everyone.
Agents see their own book, brokers see everything
An agent sees the contacts assigned to them plus the shared pond. Owners, admins, and support see the whole database. This is enforced in the database itself, not just hidden in the interface.
Three ways to route a new lead
Website inquiries can go to a shared pond that agents claim from, rotate through a roster you control, or be assigned by the broker. Whoever is meant to get the lead gets an email about it.
Duplicate detection across the whole brokerage
A returning enquirer is matched against the brokerage-wide contact database by email and phone, then flagged as a repeat on the existing record instead of becoming a second contact under a second agent.
Seats follow your roster
Deactivate an agent who has left and the subscription updates, prorated. Owner and tenant portal accounts are never billable seats.
Roles you can actually delegate
Invite people as admin, support, or member, and change a role later without rebuilding the account. Admin and support see all data; members see their own.
Lead routing
Three ways to hand out a lead
Set it once for the brokerage. Every inquiry from your website is routed the same way, and the right people are emailed.
Shared pond
The lead stays unassigned and any agent can claim it. First to respond owns the relationship.
Rotation
Leads cycle through a roster you control, so distribution stays even and you decide who is on the list.
Broker assign
Every lead goes to the broker, who decides where it belongs before any agent sees it.
Whichever model you pick, an inquiry from your Torelis website becomes a CRM contact on its own, matched against the brokerage-wide database first so the same person does not end up as two records under two agents.
When you need more
The CRM is one of three modules
Add the others per user, when the work calls for it. Nothing here is bundled into the CRM price.
Transactions
$20 /user/month
The deal from contract to close, including the document and signature work that usually needs a second subscription.

Questions
Brokerage questions, answered
How much does Torelis CRM cost for a brokerage?
Torelis CRM costs $20 per user, per month. A ten-agent brokerage with everyone on the CRM pays $200 per month for it. Other modules are priced the same way and are assigned per user, so they add only for the people who use them.
Do we have to buy every module for every agent?
No. Modules are assigned to individual users. A ten-agent brokerage can put all ten on the CRM and assign Transactions to only the three people who handle contracts, which is $260 per month rather than the $400 it would cost to put everyone on both.
Can agents see each other’s contacts?
No, not by default. A member-level user sees the contacts assigned to them plus anything in the shared pond. Owners, admins, and support see the whole database. This is enforced by database row-level security rather than by hiding things in the interface.
How are website leads assigned to agents?
You choose one of three models. A shared pond leaves the lead unassigned for any agent to claim, rotation cycles through a roster you control, and broker-assign sends every lead to the broker to hand out. The relevant people are emailed when a lead arrives.
What happens when an agent leaves?
Deactivate them in your team settings and the subscription updates automatically, prorated for the part of the month you did not use. Their contacts stay in the brokerage database.
Does the CRM include transaction management or e-signature?
No. Those belong to the Transactions module, a separate $20 per user, per month. The CRM covers contacts, notes, tasks, and leads.
Are owner and tenant portal users billable seats?
No. Only active staff users assigned to a module count as seats. Owner and tenant portal accounts, which come with the Property Management module, are never billed as users.
Can we add Transactions or Property Management later?
Yes. Modules can be enabled from your plan settings at any time and assigned to the users who need them. A user assigned all three modules costs $60 per month.
