Online rent and deposit payments are processed by Stripe. The processing fee is added to the payer's total at checkout, so the amount you are owed arrives in full.

How much does Torelis cost?
Torelis Free costs nothing, for any number of users. Premium is $29 and Ultra $59 per user, per month, and add email and text campaigns, drips, and AI drafting.
What is included in Free?
The CRM, transactions with checklists, documents, and e-signature, property management with leases, rent collection, maintenance, and owner and tenant portals, lead routing, core reporting, and a brokerage website with lead capture. Every user on the account gets all of it.
Is Free limited?
Free includes 2 GB of file storage for the brokerage. It does not include marketing campaigns, drips, or AI drafting; those are what Premium and Ultra add. There is no limit on users, contacts, transactions, or properties.
Do I need a card to sign up?
No. You create a free account with your name, email, and brokerage name. A card is only needed if you choose a paid plan.
Who counts as a user on a paid plan?
Every active staff member on the account: the owner, brokers, agents, and office staff. Owner and tenant portal accounts are never billed, and people you have invited are not billed until they accept. A brokerage is on one plan, so everyone has the same features.
Is there a contract?
No. Paid plans are billed monthly. If you cancel, your account moves to Free at the end of the month and keeps all its data.
Are there setup fees?
No. There are no setup or onboarding fees. The one exception is texting: turning it on carries a one-time $99 fee that covers carrier registration of your number.
Can an individual agent use Torelis?
Yes. An agent can create an account on their own, without a brokerage, and use Torelis Free.
