Torelis is priced one module at a time. You pay $20per user, per month, for each module that user is assigned, and nothing for the modules you don't use. No contracts, no setup fees.

A branded public website
Choose a template, set your branding and copy, and publish on your own Torelis subdomain. Four templates are available.
Listings with photos
Add listings, upload photos, set a cover image, and publish or unpublish each one.
A public agent profile
Photo, title, bio, license number, specialties, service areas, contact details, and social links.
Website lead capture into the CRM
Contact-form and listing inquiries become CRM contacts automatically, checked against your existing contacts first so the same person does not land twice.
Lead gating on listings
Optionally ask for contact details after a visitor views a set number of listings.
Tasks and reporting
A task list across your work, plus reporting on your contacts and where they came from.
Connecting your own domain name is available by request rather than self-serve, because it needs a manual step on our side.

Online rent and deposit payments in the Property Management module are processed by Stripe. The processing fee is added to the payer's total at checkout, so the amount you are owed arrives in full.

Pricing questions, answered
How much does Torelis cost?
Torelis costs $20 per user, per month, for each module that user is assigned. A single agent using only the CRM pays $20 per month. A user assigned all three modules costs $60 per month.
Is there a contract?
No. Torelis is billed monthly with no long-term contract, and you can cancel at any time.
Are there setup fees?
No. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees, or implementation charges. You pay for the modules and users you have.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New accounts get a 14-day free trial with every module open. You add a card at signup and are not charged until the trial ends. After that you are billed for the modules and users on your plan, and you can cancel before the trial ends at no charge.
What does "per user, per month, per module" mean?
Each person who uses Torelis is a user, and you pay $20 per month for each module that person is assigned. Modules are assigned per user rather than account-wide, so a brokerage can put its whole team on the CRM while only the people who handle contracts are assigned Transactions.
Can I start with one module and add others later?
Yes. Modules can be enabled or disabled from your plan settings after signup, and your monthly total changes accordingly. Many accounts start with the CRM and add Transactions or Property Management later.
Is e-signature included with the CRM?
No. E-signature comes with the Transactions module, for sales documents, and with the Property Management module, for leases and owner agreements. An account with only the CRM can manage contacts, tasks, and leads, but cannot send documents for signature.
Can an individual agent use Torelis?
Yes. An individual agent can create an account, select only the CRM, and pay $20 per month. The account is not required to belong to a brokerage.
