By creating an account or using the Torelis platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
The Service
The Service is software that helps real estate brokerages manage sales, property management, and related business operations. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You agree to provide accurate information and to be responsible for the activity of users you invite to your organization.

Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Torelis operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
