What Torelis CRM does
A CRM's job is to make sure nobody falls through the cracks. This is how Torelis does that.
Contacts and history
Every contact carries a type, a status, the source they came from, and the agent responsible for them. Notes are logged with a date and an author rather than overwritten, so the record of a relationship stays intact. Each contact also keeps a full activity history of what changed and who changed it.
Tasks and follow-up
Tasks attach to a contact, carry a due date, and can use task types you define yourself. They roll up into a single task list so follow-up is one list, not a memory exercise.
Leads that arrive on their own
Your Torelis website feeds the CRM directly. A contact-form or listing inquiry becomes a CRM contact without anyone retyping it, and it is checked against your existing contacts by email and phone first, so a returning enquirer is flagged as a repeat rather than duplicated.
Distribution for teams
A brokerage can route new leads three ways: a shared pond that agents claim from, a rotation across a roster, or direct assignment by the broker. An individual agent simply keeps their own.

A branded public website
Choose a template, set your branding and copy, and publish on your own Torelis subdomain. Four templates are available.
Listings with photos
Add listings, upload photos, set a cover image, and publish or unpublish each one.
A public agent profile
Photo, title, bio, license number, specialties, service areas, contact details, and social links.
Website lead capture into the CRM
Contact-form and listing inquiries become CRM contacts automatically, checked against your existing contacts first so the same person does not land twice.
Lead gating on listings
Optionally ask for contact details after a visitor views a set number of listings.
Tasks and reporting
A task list across your work, plus reporting on your contacts and where they came from.

An individual agent
An agent can buy the CRM on its own, for themselves, without their brokerage being involved and without buying anything else. That is $20 per month for a CRM and a public website, cancellable at any time.

A brokerage assigns the CRM to the agents who need it and adds Transactions or Property Management for the people who handle contracts or rentals. Modules are assigned per user, so the bill follows who actually uses what.

What is Torelis CRM?

How much does Torelis CRM cost?
Torelis CRM costs $20 per user, per month. There is no contract and no setup fee. Other Torelis modules are priced the same way and are bought separately, so a user assigned all three modules costs $60 per month.
Can an individual real estate agent use Torelis CRM?
Yes. An agent can create their own account, select only the CRM, and pay $20 per month. The account does not have to belong to a brokerage, and no other module is required.
Can a brokerage use Torelis CRM for its whole team?
Yes. A brokerage can add its agents as users and assign the CRM to each one. Inbound website leads can be distributed automatically by shark tank, rotation, or broker assignment, and brokers and admins see the full contact database while agents work their own.
Does Torelis CRM include e-signature?
No. E-signature comes with the Transactions module and with Property Management, not with the CRM. The CRM covers contacts, notes, tasks, and leads. If you need to send documents for signature, add one of those modules.
Does Torelis CRM include a website?
Yes. Every Torelis account, including one with only the CRM, includes a branded public website with listings, an agent profile, and a contact form. Inquiries from that website become CRM contacts automatically.
Is there a contract or a free trial?
There is no contract. Torelis is billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. New accounts start with a 14-day free trial with every module open; you add a card at signup and billing begins when the trial ends.
