CRM for Individual Agents
A real estate CRM you can buy on your own
You do not need your brokerage to adopt anything. Create your own account, take the CRM by itself, and get a public website with it.
$20 /month
One agent, the CRM module, billed monthly.
Choose CRM at signup and that is the whole bill.
What's included
What you get for $20 a month
A CRM, a website, and the wiring between them. All three come with the CRM module.
A CRM built for your book of business
- Contacts with type, status, and the source they came from
- Notes that are logged and dated instead of overwritten
- Tasks with due dates, using task types you define
- Linked contacts, so a couple or a referral chain stays connected
- A full activity history on every contact
A public website, included
- Four templates, your branding, your headline and bio
- Your listings with photos and a cover image
- Your agent profile: photo, license number, specialties, service areas, social links
- Published on your own Torelis subdomain
Leads that land in the CRM by themselves
- Website contact and listing inquiries become CRM contacts automatically
- Each one is checked against your existing contacts by email and phone
- A returning enquirer is flagged as a repeat instead of duplicated
- Optionally ask for details after someone views a few listings
Why it matters
Your website and your CRM are the same system
Most agents pay for a CRM and a website separately, then copy leads from an email notification into the CRM by hand. Torelis skips that step because there is nothing to connect.
- 1
Someone finds your listing
They browse your site and use the contact form on a listing or on your profile.
- 2
Torelis checks whether you already know them
Their email and phone number are matched against your existing contacts before anything is created.
- 3
They become a contact, not an email
A new person is created as a CRM contact with the listing they asked about recorded as their source. Someone you already know is flagged as a repeat inquiry on the contact you already have, rather than becoming a second record.
- 4
You get notified and follow up
You are emailed about the inquiry, and the contact is already in your CRM with somewhere to put the note and the next task.
Worth knowing
What the CRM on its own does not do
So you know before you pay, not after.
No e-signature
Sending documents for signature comes with the Transactions module, a separate $20 per user, per month. The CRM by itself does not include it.
No transaction pipeline or commission tracking
Deal checklists, document templates, and commission splits are also Transactions. The CRM handles people, not deals.
No MLS or IDX feed yet
Listings on your site are ones you add yourself. IDX is something brokers can request from inside the product; it depends on the rules and fees of your MLS.
Questions
Before you sign up
Can an individual real estate agent use Torelis?
Yes. You can create your own Torelis account, select only the CRM, and pay $20 per month. You do not need your brokerage to sign up, and you do not need to buy any other module.
What do I get for $20 a month?
You get the Torelis CRM plus a branded public website with your listings, your agent profile, and a contact form that files inquiries into the CRM as contacts. Tasks and reporting on your contacts are included too.
Is there a contract?
No. Torelis is billed monthly with no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees and no onboarding charges.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New accounts get a 14-day free trial with every module open. You add a card at signup and are not charged until the trial ends. After that you are billed for the modules on your plan, and you can cancel before the trial ends at no charge.
I am not a brokerage. What do I put as the business name?
Your own name is fine. Signup asks for a brokerage or business name because the same account structure serves solo agents, teams, and brokerages. Use whatever you trade as, and you can change it later in settings.
Can I send documents for signature?
Not with the CRM on its own. E-signature comes with the Transactions module, a separate $20 per user, per month. You can add it whenever you want it, or leave it off entirely.
What happens if I later join or start a brokerage?
Your account grows with you. You can add users, assign them modules, and turn on Transactions or Property Management from your plan settings. Your contacts and history stay where they are.
Can I use my own domain name?
Your site is published on a Torelis subdomain straight away. Connecting a domain you own is available by request rather than self-serve, because it needs a manual step on our side.
