No MLS or IDX feed yet
Listings on your site are ones you add yourself. IDX is something brokers can request from inside the product; it depends on the rules and fees of your MLS.

Before you sign up
Can an individual real estate agent use Torelis?
Yes. You can create your own Torelis account for free. You do not need your brokerage to sign up, and you do not need a card.
What do I get for free?
You get the Torelis CRM, Transactions with e-signature, and Property Management, plus a branded public website with your listings, your agent profile, and a contact form that files inquiries into the CRM as contacts. Tasks and reporting are included too.
Is there a contract?
No. Torelis Free has nothing to cancel, and paid plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees and no onboarding charges.
Do I ever have to pay?
Only if you want marketing tools. Paid plans, from $29 per user, per month, add email and text campaigns, drips, and AI drafting.
I am not a brokerage. What do I put as the business name?
Your own name is fine. Signup asks for a brokerage or business name because the same account structure serves solo agents, teams, and brokerages. Use whatever you trade as, and you can change it later in settings.
Can I send documents for signature?
Yes. E-signature is part of Transactions, which every account has, so you can send purchase agreements and disclosures for signature with a timestamped certificate.
What happens if I later join or start a brokerage?
Your account grows with you. You can add users and choose which modules each one sees. Your contacts and history stay where they are.
Can I use my own domain name?
Your site is published on a Torelis subdomain straight away. Connecting a domain you own is available by request rather than self-serve, because it needs a manual step on our side.
